Your complete satisfaction comes from my dedication to getting the job right, right from the start. By following a simple briefing procedure and with your valuable input, we’ll always achieve the best results.

 

Whether our first job together or a new project, a face to face meeting is usually the best option so that we can better discuss your precise needs. If there is limited time and the project is urgent, then we can do the briefing session over the phone; whichever you prefer! This first meeting is free of charge and there is no obligation to use my services.

 

The next stage involves putting together a working proposal which details the job specification, timescales, costings and the all-important deadline. All I need next is your go-ahead and then I can start getting creative.

 

Depending on the brief, time constraints and job flexibility, I will normally produce a range of design concepts, usually three, in order to gauge the right direction for the project.

 

The initial creative design concepts will be presented to you either by email or in person. Feedback and suggestions are encouraged and we can work together, perhaps mixing and matching some of the design elements from each concept or simply tweaking one of the designs so it’s spot on. Whatever way, I completely appreciate that nobody knows your business as well as you do, so your input is crucial.

 

After our discussion and taking on board your suggestions, I will make any necessary amendments. As I am fully committed to getting the job absolutely right for you, this process will continue until you are 100% satisfied and we reach sign off.

 

To make things as straightforward as possible for you, I will manage the coordination with your printer. With an established network of contacts within the print industry, I can suggest good quality providers if necessary but if you prefer, I am also more than happy to liaise with your preferred contacts.

 

The finished product will be delivered according to your exacting requirements, and I look forward to working with you again!
